DISCLAIMER

All advice at any given time will be accurate to the best of our knowledge. We strive to continually remain up to date with industry recommendations and scientific discovery. Worm egg counts cannot be used to quantify the exact level of parasitic infection in a horse, only the level of parasite egg shedding onto the pasture. If you suspect your horse is suffering from a high parasite burden, always contact your vet in the first instance.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All the data we collect regarding your horse to help us to make the correct decision regarding worm control and your personal data will be treated in the strictest of confidence. As part of our mission to contribute to scientific research, prior to us embarking on any project that requires the use of data we have already collected, we will always ask your permission. All data will be anonymised during research projects and you retain the right to withdraw from the study at any point.

PAYMENT POLICY

No results will be released until the correct payment has been received. If you are a business using our services, we will invoice you for our services. The balance in the first instance will be due on the day that the samples are processed. Going forward, subject to prompt payment, we can extend the invoice terms to a maximum of 14 days.

SITE-VISIT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair and give everyone a chance. We will give you 3 chances before charging you non-refundable deposit of £25 on each visit.

If you're having the samples collected for priority processing back at the laboratory, please make sure all samples are ready for the pre-arranged time. This is so we can make sure all samples are completed the same day.
